Strength: Off day

Chipper: 1k row or 800m run, 50-wall ball, 500m row or 400m run, 50-1.5 pood KBS, 250m row or 200m run, 50-V-ups

Honor WOD: "Neil Leavy", 10-135# power snatches, 30-T2B, 10-135# squat cleans, 30-24" box jumps, 10-135# thrusters, 30-burpees
