Warm-up: 2rds, 20-jumping jacks, 15-air squats, 10-sit-ups, 5-push-ups, 200m jog or 250m row

Renegade Rowing WOD: 4 x 3 minutes w/2 minute rest

OR

Running WOD: 5rds, 800m run, 100-sit-ups

Strength: 5 x 8 @ 65 % of push press

June Challenge: Pull-up challenge. Any grip. 2-pull-ups

WOD: 
*800m run, 70-sit-ups, 60-push-ups, 50-air squats, 40-box jumps (24/20), 30-double unders, 20-burpees, 10-grasshoppers
