#Warmup: 2rds, 20-jumping jacks, 15-air squats, 10-sit-ups, 5-push-ups, 200m jog or 250m row

 

Renegade Rowing WOD: 4RFT, 150m row, 15-burpees

 

OR

 

Running WOD: 10 x 50yd sprints w/1:00 rest

 

Strength: Find 1 rep max lift of cleans

 

Metcon: 4rds, 25-air squats, 25-sit-ups, 25-push-ups, 400m run
